Could not agree more about Pilates and Yoga. I cannot stand the pauses in yoga, they make my mind wander whereas pilates you're constantly moving therefore switching off!

I also break out whenever I eat yeast but I also found out that I always break out whenever I eat any oat product. Maybe you could try to eliminate oats from your diet too. It really worked for me
