Today’s kettlebell workout is a full body workout at home. It includes 3 blocks, each block entails 6 kettlebell exercises, each movement will be performed for 40 secs long followed by 20 secs. rest.

What a great idea! A mix of strength and cardio at slower pace but longer in total with enough rest in between. You are so creative! Really enjoyed this style as a change to the high intensity but shorter workouts. Please keep this style up too! More of these will be much appreciated.
