Kettlebell Workout | Full Body Workout At Home | BenQ Portable Projector GS2

Today’s kettlebell workout is a full body workout at home. It includes 3 blocks, each block entails 6 kettlebell exercises, each movement will be performed for 40 secs long followed by 20 secs. rest.

1. BEHIND THE NECK SQUAT TAPS
2. LEG LIFT SLOW PUSH UP
3. LEAN ROW MOUNTAIN SWITCH
4. 3x MOUNTAIN CLIMBER & ROTATION
5. BENT OVER ROW FRONT PUSH
6. HALF BURPEE REVERSE LUNGE

1. REV. LUNGE HAMMER CURL
2. REV. LUNGE HAMMER CURL
3. LEAN BACK KNEE PULL
