Kettlebell Workout | Full Body No Jumping Full Workout At Home

This kettlebell workout is a full body no jumping routine. We will have 3 blocks of workout each block contains 6 movements each movement for 40 seconds and we will have 20 seconds rest in between. We will perform each block for 2 rounds in a row.

Please find below the script of today’s full body kettlebell workout:
BLOCK01
1. REVERSE LUNGE OVERHEAD PRESS
2. REVERSE LUNGE OVERHEAD PRESS
3. ONE ARM CHEST PRESS HIP THRUST
4. ONE ARM CHEST PRESS HIP THRUST
5. BENT OVER ROW DEADLIFT
6. BENT OVER ROW DEADLIFT

BLOCK02
1. GOBLET SQUAT & CURL
2. SEATED THRUST & PRESS
3. ONE ARM PULLOVER THRUST
4. ONE ARM PULLOVER THRUST
5. TRICEPS EXTENSION LEG LIFT
6. 90 DEGREES HOLD KNEE LUNGES

BLOCK03
1. STIFF LEG DL TO DROP SQUAT
2. BENT OVER ROW REV. UPRIGHT ROW
3. BENT OVER ROW REV. UPRIGHT ROW
4. PULLOVER & CRUNCH
5. ELEVATED PUSH UP SIDE TO SIDE
6. GOOD MORNING EXTENSION

  1. Excellent workout, Daniel! I did this with a variety of weighted dumbbells between 9 and 18lbs, depending on the move. My left arm hurts at the jab site as I got my Covid vaccine only a few days ago but I didn’t let that stop me. I really love the variety of compound movements in this one. Definitely will be doing this again!

  2. It's cool you keep innovating to see the best editorial approach. In terms of content, great as ever and I loved the more steady strength focus; there is so much kettlebell HIIT with jumping about out there, which ends up more of a cardio session. The structure and length was perfect but hey why no talking? I really appreciate the tips on form and the shout outs of encouragement at the point I'm flagging so please bring the talking back. Doing the work out bare-chested? That's fine by me! Thanks as ever for ace workouts Daniel

  3. So is it compulsory for us to do this shirtless…. I think my neighbors will complain if i do that in my garden ?
    This will be my workout tomorrow morning…. evn though I prefer talking Daniel With his shirt on more, the workout looks awesome. After you tried to kill us in homegym this week I’m feeling adventurous enough to try this one ?

  4. I haven't really had the motivation to workout lately. I started again because gyms open up soon and I want to gain some strength back. I thought I should do your workouts because you're always so inspiring. This was such a fun workout, so versatile yet it moves everything. Your creativity is just amazing. Thank you for making me move my body ❤️
